Day Thirty: Zucchini Fest in Broomfield

We started with an appetizer: zucchini dipped in flour, egg, seasoned panko & parmesan and fried. Dipped in blue cheese or ranch.
Jim’s steamed zucchini: grated zucchini, steamed, Neufchatel cheese, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes stirred in. Num.
Tristan’s smoked brisket and his secret barbeque sauce was awesome!
Chocolate zucchini cake (Oh my!) looks so good. Too bad we are SO full!
