Day Twelve: Lawrenceburg, KY & “4 Roses”

Today, after laundry, we toured The Four Roses Bourbon Distillery. This was a delightful tour through an historic, small-scale, tasteful complex that produces 10 types of bourbon every year.
The tour was five dollars, and covered all the facilities from adding yeast to fermentation, and a tasting session of three recent bourbons. Quite nice, if bourbon is your thing!
DSCN0017Jim had a great time!
