This was a very exciting, fascinating shop on the roadside of I-70. We couldn’t decide whether to go into this or Ozarkland across the highway. I am glad we went into this. Or sure, it carried the usual Lucy & Desi, Betty Boop, Deputy Sheriff Barney Fife, but we found a Miata tie for Jim, somethings for some of the kids. I purchased a lovely chromolithographic tin of flower seeds. It will be hung somewhere special.
Anyway, I bought Necco wafers (remember those?) and we listened to 50s music, and reminisced while pondering the collectibles.
As we were driving out we spotted a Volkswagon Beetle, and a Greenbriar Corvair Van which had a six-cylinder, air-cooled, horizontally opposed (like a boxer) engine. Cool, huh? This place takes yesterdays seriously!
