Day Seven: Around St. Paul

Guy Fieri Ate Here, Too!

So, Sara and Bob took us to a … restaurant…called The Blue Door.  I cannot describe the quality of the food, ambiance, and beer.  We had a St. Paul brew by Summit Beer Co., and out-of-this-world…

Spam Balls

Amazing Spamballs! Deep fried spam added to cream cheese, rolled in Spud Buds, deep fried, served with sweet chili sauce and pickles.  Oh, my God! Delish! Alex, take note because you would like this spam.

Oatmeal Stout

Matthew, you need to visit St. Paul’s fantastic breweries. This is Blue Door’s green beans (the other side is tater tots) and a pastrami on a burger that was incredible. St. Paul, I am going to miss you.
